RETURNS + EXCHANGES
How do I make a return or exchange? To get started, you’ll just need your order number and the email address used to place your order. Please visit our Returns Portal to begin.
What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. We gladly accept returns or exchanges on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original, un-altered condition (unworn and unwashed with all tags attached).

Full-Price Items: Returns for a refund are subject to a $6 processing fee. Exchanges are always on us!

Outlet Items: All items marked as Outlet are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long will it take to receive my refund or exchange? Once your return arrives at our Monterey warehouse, please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to process it.

Refunds: After approval, it typically takes up to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement, depending on your institution.

Exchanges: We’ll get your new items processed and shipped within 3–5 days of receiving your return.
I received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? We are so sorry for the mix-up! If your order isn't right, please email us at eve@vntnaco.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and a quick photo of the issue so we can make it right for you immediately.
SHIPPING
How do I track my order? As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all your tracking details. Please keep in mind that delivery windows are estimates, and we can’t personally guarantee specific arrival dates once the carrier has the package.
Do you ship internationally? At this time, VNTNA Supply Co. only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping currently.
UPDATED SHIPPING FAQ
Tracking shows as delivered, but I don't have my package. What do I do? While we understand this can be frustrating, please note that VNTNA Supply Co. is not responsible for packages once they are confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. Occasionally, a carrier may tag a package as delivered before it has been physically dropped off. We recommend checking all porch areas, mailboxes, and with neighbors or housemates.
If your package has not turned up within 3 days of the "delivered" status, you must contact the carrier directly to file a missing package claim. While we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items after delivery, you may notify us at eve@vntnaco.com with your claim number, and we will do our best to provide any necessary shipment details to assist your investigation.
