TERMS OF SALE
These Terms of Sale apply to your purchase of goods from VASSA LLC, doing business as “VNTNA Supply Co.”(“Company,” “we,” or “us”). Please review these Terms of Sale carefully as they control your purchase of products. If you do not wish to accept these Terms of Sale, do not order products through vntnaco.com (the “Website”).
1. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Shopify Payments, Shop Pay Installments, Afterpay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Only one method of payment is accepted at checkout. Payment transactions are processed by our third-party payment processors in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. Shipping Policies
Domestic Shipping: All orders shipping within the domestic US for in-stock items ship free of charge via ground shipping. Currently, VNTNA Supply Co. only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Fulfillment: For in-stock items, please allow up to 4 business days for fulfillment and the issuance of a tracking number. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3 business days; however, please allow 5-10 business days for arrival depending on carrier factors outside of our control. Please note that our warehouse is closed on weekends and major US holidays.
Security: We require a signature upon delivery for orders over $750.
3. Risk of Loss
All items purchased from the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. VNTNA Supply Co. is not responsible for any replacement or refund for any product that is lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. In the event of a delivery dispute, the customer is responsible for filing a claim directly with the carrier.
4. Returns + Exchanges
We gladly accept returns for all full-priced items for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Returns for a refund are subject to a $6 processing fee.
Final Sale: Items marked as "Outlet" or "Final Sale" and Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Condition: Only items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have original tags affixed are eligible. If an exchange or credit is granted and the returned item does not meet these standards, you will be charged for the item.
5. Site Transactions
We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. We reserve the right to prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
6. Price Adjustments
If an item you purchased is discounted on our Website within 7 days of your purchase, you may request a price adjustment by contacting eve@vntnaco.com.
7. Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
These Terms of Sale incorporate the Company’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Any disputes shall be governed by the provisions set forth in the Terms of Use.
