Design Details

The Arroyo Jacket is an exercise in intentional craftsmanship and archival design. While the exterior screams heritage Americana, the interior is a masterclass in modern utility. The decision to run the quilted insulation through the sleeves was a functional choice, ensuring that the jacket maintains its structure while allowing for effortless layering over a heavy flannel or hoodie. A standout "Easter egg" for the true enthusiast is the zig zag decorative stitch on the underside of the stand up collar a detail that provides both structural rigidity when flipped against the wind and a subtle nod to bespoke tailoring. By blending 10.5oz canvas with the refined texture of corduroy, the Arroyo bridges the gap between a technical work jacket and a high end Western lifestyle piece. Fit Note: This piece features a unisex fit.

Built for cold mornings on the range and late nights in the workshop, the Arroyo Insulated Rancher Jacket is our elevated take on the iconic trucker silhouette. We started with a heavy-duty 10.6 oz cotton duck canvas that provides an armor-like exterior, then lined the entire body and sleeves with quilted insulation for structured warmth that never feels bulky. The contrast fine-wale corduroy collar, cuffs, and interior hem offer a soft touch against the skin, while custom brass hardware ensures this jacket stands up to years of hard labor. It’s a rugged, timeless staple with a "break-in" period that rewards you with a personalized fit for a lifetime.
