The jacket was beautiful and had a nice feel. However, the zipper got stuck around the neck to the point that we had to work hard to pull hard on the fabric to get it unstuck. My wife and I contacted you for a fix or replacement and you responded nicely with several options. We appreciate your responsiveness and look forward to enjoying the "new" jacket!

For those times you need a little extra speed, we offer expedited handling. $15 for packages up to 5 lbs. $20 for packages over 5 lbs.
