RETURNS + EXCHANGES
How do I make a return or exchange? To get started, you’ll just need your order number and the email address used to place your order. Please visit our Returns Portal to begin.
What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. We gladly accept returns or exchanges on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original, un-altered condition (unworn and unwashed with all tags attached).

Full-Price Items: Returns for a refund are subject to a $6 processing fee. Exchanges are always on us!

Outlet Items: All items marked as Outlet are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long will it take to receive my refund or exchange? Once your return arrives at our Monterey warehouse, please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to process it.

Refunds: After approval, it typically takes up to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement, depending on your institution.

Exchanges: We’ll get your new items processed and shipped within 3–5 days of receiving your return.
I received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? We are so sorry for the mix-up! If your order isn't right, please email us at eve@vntnaco.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and a quick photo of the issue so we can make it right for you immediately.
We believe the right fit is everything. To ensure you’re completely satisfied with your piece, we offer complimentary exchanges on all full-priced items. If your order isn't exactly what you expected, we’ll help you find the perfect replacement at no additional cost. All returned and exchanged merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and without alterations. Outlet items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
REFUND FAQ
When will my refund appear? Please allow 1 to 3 business days from the time your return is delivered to our warehouse for us to process a return. Please note that once we refund your original form of payment, this credit may take up to 7 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on the bank.
What is the status of my return and refund? To check on the status of your return and refund, please log in to your account with your order details. Your refund will be processed once the package has been checked in by our warehouse staff in Monterey, CA. This is typically a few days after the order has been delivered to us.
