How do I make a domestic Return or Exchange?

Making a return or exchange is pretty easy! 

1.) To start, simply CLICK HERE and submit your order number along with your email address, shipping zip code, or phone number. You will then enter our returns portal to get started on your return or exchange.

2.) Select the item(s) that you would like to Return or Exchange.

3.) Complete the return steps, selecting if you'd like to exchange for another size or return for a refund. You can choose whether you would like a refund in the form of a Gift Card or to your original payment method. Read the instructions given when completing the return steps. It'll tell you everything you need to know to send your item back.

4. Once you have finalized your return, you will see an option to either print your prepaid USPS return shipping label or generate a QR code to show at the post office if you don't have a printer handy.

5.) Hang tight while your item makes its way back to our warehouse. Once it is delivered, we will refund your original method of payment. Please allow 1 to 3 business days from the date we process your refund for the amount to appear on your bank statement.

 

When will my refund appear?

Please allow 1 to 3 business days from the time your return is delivered to our warehouse for us to process a return. Please note that once we refund your original form of payment, this credit may take up to 7 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on the bank.

What is the status of my return and refund?

To check on the status of your return and refund, please refer to your LOOP LINK with your order details. 

Your refund will be processed once the package has been checked in by the warehouse staff. This is typically a few days after the order has been delivered to our warehouse in Monterey, CA.
