RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns for all full-priced items purchased online for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are subject to a $6 processing fee. Full-price items purchased during a promotion remain eligible for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, un-altered condition. This means they must be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached. Please note that Outlet purchases and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
We believe the right fit is everything. To ensure you’re completely satisfied with your piece, we offer complimentary exchanges on all full-priced items. If your order isn't exactly what you expected, we’ll help you find the perfect replacement at no additional cost. REFUND FAQ
When will my refund appear? Please allow 1 to 3 business days from the time your return is delivered to our warehouse for us to process a return. Please note that once we refund your original form of payment, this credit may take up to 7 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on the bank.
What is the status of my return and refund? To check on the status of your return and refund, please log in to your account with your order details. Your refund will be processed once the package has been checked in by our warehouse staff in Monterey, CA. This is typically a few days after the order has been delivered to us.
