To ensure your items arrive safely and promptly, we offer straightforward flat-rate shipping across the United States for $10. For those times you need a little extra speed, we offer expedited handling. $15 for packages up to 5 lbs. $20 for packages over 5 lbs. We carefully package every order to ensure it reaches your doorstep in perfect condition.
Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our hands. Use that link to follow your package all the way to your door.
Contact our team at support@vntnaco.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. We'll send you a prepaid return label and walk you through the next steps. Once your return arrives at our Monterey warehouse, please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to process it.
